How I Can Help

My work draws from several therapeutic approaches, each offering different ways of understanding and working with the body.

Structural Integration

Structural Integration focuses on how the body organizes itself through posture, movement, tension, and compensation over time. This work can help improve mobility, support, balance, and overall coherence throughout the body.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral work is generally slower and more subtle, helping support the nervous system and reduce patterns of stress, guarding, and overload. Many people experience this work as calming, grounding, and restorative.

Visceral Manipulation

The body’s internal structures can influence breathing, posture, movement, and tension throughout the system. Visceral work gently explores these deeper relationships and patterns of restriction within the body.

Neurovascular Manipulation

Stress, injury, and compensation can affect circulation, nerve mobility, tissue quality, and overall movement throughout the body. Manual neurovascular approaches help address patterns of compression, guarding, and restriction while supporting healthier movement and communication throughout the system.

Movement & Awareness

Movement, breath, and body awareness are often woven into sessions as a way of helping people better understand how they habitually organize tension, posture, support, and effort within their bodies.

Herbal & Nutritional Support

By considering the relationship between nourishment, lifestyle, and the body’s changing needs, this work offers practical ways to support health from the inside out. We explore how food, herbs, and daily habits influence health, resilience, and overall well-being.

What people often experience with this work:

  • Pain and tension that has persisted for years beginning to genuinely shift

  • Movement that feels freer, more fluid, less efforted

  • A breath that finally has somewhere to go

  • Better performance, faster recovery, more efficient movement

  • Postural changes that happen without trying

  • A nervous system that can actually settle

  • Sustained energy levels and better sleep

  • More confidence, clarity and sense of calm

  • A felt sense of inhabiting themselves more fully

  • A deeper understanding of how their body works

Some of these changes happen quickly. Others emerge gradually, session by session, as the body integrates and builds on what came before. Most people find both.

Individual Sessions

Sessions combine hands-on structural work and manual therapy, movement and breath awareness, and nervous system support — adapted to what you're bringing in and what your body seems ready for.

Some sessions are more active and structural, working directly with tissue, fascia, and the body's underlying architecture. Others are quieter — attending to the nervous system, breath patterns, or subtler layers of holding and compensation. Most involve some quality of both, moving between them as the session unfolds.

Supportive for: chronic pain and tension, injury recovery, post-operative care, postural strain, stress held in the body, movement restriction, nervous system dysregulation, and general structural support.

Treatment Arcs

While some people benefit from occasional sessions, many longstanding patterns respond best to consistency over time.

Rather than viewing care as isolated appointments, I often work with clients through treatment arcs designed to support deeper and more lasting change.

A series of sessions helps establish a foundation by exploring how the body is currently organized and identifying larger patterns contributing to discomfort or restriction.

This allows for more continuity, deeper experiential learning, and gradual reorganization throughout the body over time.

The Ten-Series

Structural Integration as a Process

Dr. Ida Rolf originally developed Structural Integration as a series of ten sessions — a progressive, full-body process designed to systematically address the connective tissue and structural patterns that shape how we're organized from head to foot, inside and out.

The Ten-Series moves through the body in a deliberate sequence: opening the breath and peripheral structures first, working into the core and deeper layers, and finally integrating everything into a new baseline of support, ease, and movement quality.

It's a commitment — in time, attention, and willingness to change. People who complete the series often describe it as one of the more transformative things they've done for their bodies. Not because it's dramatic, but because the changes compound. What becomes available in session ten is built on everything that came before.

Well-suited for: those seeking a comprehensive structural change; people with longstanding patterns of compensation, pain, or restriction; athletes and performers looking for lasting improvement in movement quality.

Herbal & Nutritional Support

Whole-Person Care, Extended

The body doesn't begin and end at the skin. What we eat, how we rest, the ways we replenish — these are all part of the picture.

As a complement to hands-on therapies, I offer herbal and nutritional consultation for those who want to support their healing, recovery, or overall vitality from the inside out. This might look like using herbs and food remedies for nervous system resilience, addressing inflammation topically and internally, supporting sleep and recovery, or simply building a more intentional relationship with nourishment.

This work is integrated into the larger arc of what we're doing together, as well as offered as a standalone consultation, allowing for more depth and on-going care.
